On the 18th of February, we started the morning with a workshop on the theme The responsibility of Fintechs in society where Engº Heider da Rocha Noor was the main presenter and facilitator of the discussion with the audience.

In the afternoon we had a presentation focused on the regulation of financial services with a particular focus on new payment service providers and aggregators. The topic under discussion was The Challenges of Regulating FinTechs in Mozambique and was led by Dr. Francisco Junior and a debate was opened on the new decree 99/2019 recently published by the Bank of Mozambique and which constitutes the instructive basis for the new Payment Services Providers and Aggregators.
